Guarantee and Returns

Your satisfaction is our goal. All merchandise in re-sellable condition may be returned for a refund within 90 days of purchase when accompanied by your receipt or invoice. If used and found defective, we will exchange within 90 days of the purchase date when accompanied by your receipt or invoice. Save your manufacturer’s warranty together with your invoice and if after 90 days if you believe there to be a problem not caused by normal wear and tear, you should contact the manufacturer directly.

Merchandise to be returned needs to be confirmed by us, please email us at or call us at 1-888-344-9500. Carefully wrap the items and return them Parcel Post insured or UPS. Parcels must be returned shipping charges prepaid. C.O.D. returns can not be accepted and will be refused. Outdoor World will only refund shipping charges due to shipping errors or defects in merchandise; we will issue a “Call Tag” to UPS who will pick up the package within 3-4 business days. Replacement merchandise will be shipped UPS Ground Service.

If your purchase was made using a credit card, that card will be issued a refund after we receive the return package. Exchanges of purchases made by credit card will be credited back to the card and the replacement item will then be re-billed.
