After we have given your package to UPS, they will e-mail you a shipping confirmation with your UPS tracking number that you can enter at UPS.com/tracking to check the delivery status of your package. If you do not receive an e-mail with your tracking number from UPS within a few days, e-mail us at or call us at 888-344-9500, Monday-Friday, 8AM-4:30pm, PT.
Shipping charges are calculated during the ordering process on our secure payment server and are based on the item’s weight and distance to ship, determined by your ship to ZIP Code. To check the shipping charges you have to go through the initial ordering process so that the item’s weight and your Zip Code can be compared to UPS rate tables, but you can return to our site to continue shopping or cancel the order before you are asked to enter your actual payment information. (You may get a non-secure alert when you are returned to our unsecured main site by the shopping cart software, but when you checkout and enter your payment information it will be on a secure site.)
Below are some sample prices for the various services offered by UPS (does not include Second Day Air to Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico, or Fuel Surcharges, see below). Again, time estimates below do not include our order processing time, and the day it leaves our warehouse does not count as one of the shipping days; i.e. NEXT DAY means tomorrow, therefore 2ND DAY is the day after tomorrow, etc., plus processing days.
UPS also applies a Fuel Surchage, adjusted monthly, effective the first Monday of each month. The surcharge is based on the National U.S. Average On Highway Diesel Fuel Prices reported by the U.S. Department of Energy for the month that is two months prior to the actual adjustment.

We occasionally use other shipping services for items or destinations that UPS will not deliver. We can still email you the tracking number to use to check the delivery status of your package at FedEx Freight or the US Post Office.
